A Faisalabad seller of premium printed lawn wanted to stop being only a bazaar business. Retail customers expect cash on delivery, a 7-day exchange, and free shipping over a rupee threshold. Wholesale customers expect quantity breaks. Both expect the photos to look like the cloth.
