Who this policy covers

02X Solutions is a digital agency based in Faisalabad, Pakistan. This policy explains how we handle information from visitors to our website, people who contact us, and our clients.

Information you give us

When you contact us, we receive the details you share, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, messages and attachments. For client work, we may also receive project content, account access, customer records, approvals, invoices and payment confirmations.

Our enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. It does not submit your answers to a separate website database. When you continue, the prepared text is passed to WhatsApp so you can review and send it. WhatsApp then handles that information under its own privacy policy.

Please do not put passwords, identity documents, payment card details, medical records or other sensitive information in an enquiry. If a project genuinely needs sensitive data, agree the purpose, access and transfer method with us first.

Website analytics and cookies

When configured, this website uses PostHog for traffic analytics, selected link and contact-button interactions, and technical error reports. These reports may include pages visited, referring websites, browser and device information, timestamps, a generated visitor identifier, and IP address or approximate location, depending on the service settings. Error reports may include an error message and stack trace.

PostHog uses first-party cookies and browser local storage to recognise visits and sessions. We have disabled session replay, automatic form and click capture, and heatmaps in the website code. Our selected button events describe the action taken; they do not include the enquiry form answers.

You can restrict cookies and website storage in your browser, or block analytics requests using a browser privacy tool. Clearing storage removes existing identifiers but does not prevent new ones on a later visit. The website remains usable without analytics. Our analytics configuration also respects the browser’s Do Not Track signal where it is available.

The website hosting provider may process technical request logs, including IP addresses, request URLs and device information, to deliver the website, maintain security and diagnose faults. These logs are separate from PostHog analytics.

Why we use information

We use information to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver and support agreed work, manage accounts and payments, investigate faults, protect against misuse, and keep records of our agreements. Website analytics helps us understand which pages and contact options people use.

We do not sell personal information or use client customer lists for our own marketing. We do not treat an enquiry as permission to add you to a marketing mailing list.

Client data and account access

When a client gives us customer or staff information to carry out a project, we use it for the agreed work and follow the client’s lawful instructions. The client is responsible for having permission or another lawful basis to provide it and for informing the people concerned. Project-specific data handling requirements should be recorded in the written agreement.

Use account invitations and access roles where possible instead of sharing passwords. Remove our access when it is no longer needed. We do not submit identifiable customer records or confidential client material to an external AI service without first agreeing that use with the client.

Who may receive information

Information may be handled by team members and contractors who need it for the work, and by providers of hosting, analytics, email, messaging, file storage, payment services or project tools. We limit what we share to what is needed for that purpose. Project-specific services, including advertising platforms and AI tools, depend on the work agreed with the client.

Providers may process information outside Pakistan. Their processing locations and retention settings depend on the service and account used. Contact us if your project needs restrictions on where information is stored or who may access it.

WhatsApp, Meta, Google and other websites you choose to use have their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law, a valid legal process, or as necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry and project records while they are needed for follow-up, delivery, support or resolving a dispute. Accounting and agreement records may need to be kept longer for legal and tax obligations. Analytics and hosting logs follow the retention settings of the relevant service. There is no single retention period for all these records; you can ask us about a specific record or project.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying details where practical. Copies in backups may remain until those backups expire. We use access restrictions and reasonable safeguards, but no website, device or transfer method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Access, corrections and deletion

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern by emailing hello@02xsolutions.com. We may need to verify your identity before sharing information or changing records. We will explain if we need to retain information for a legal obligation, an ongoing contract or a dispute. Any rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.

If your information belongs to one of our clients’ customer or staff records, contact that business first. We will help the client respond where our work is involved. If you want us to investigate website analytics, tell us the approximate date and pages visited; without a visitor identifier, we may not be able to connect analytics records to you.

Policy updates

We may update this policy when our services, website tools or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the current version. If a change affects how we handle information under an existing project agreement, we will notify the client as appropriate.
