Who we are

What we collect

If you call, email, or WhatsApp us, we see the number, the name you use, and the message. If you email, we see the address and the body. We do not run a marketing newsletter. We do not run a lead form that dumps you into a sequence.

The website logs standard server data (IP, browser, pages) to keep the site up and to debug. We use privacy-respecting analytics if enabled — no advertising profile is built from this site for resale.

WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google

If you contact us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, those companies process the chat under their own terms. We cannot un-send a message from their servers. The same is true if we set up Meta ads or a Google Business Profile for you — those accounts are yours, and those companies’ policies apply.

Client work

When we build a site or run ads, we hold whatever you send: copy, product photos, CNIC scans of your customers only if you wrongly send them (please do not), account passwords. Passwords should be rotated at handover. We do not use your customer lists for our own marketing.

Law

Pakistan does not yet have a standalone personal-data statute in force comparable to the GDPR. Electronic communications and unauthorised access sit under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act. We still treat phone numbers, CNICs, and customer lists as confidential commercial information.

We may disclose information if a Pakistani court or lawful agency requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry chats: for as long as we might reasonably need to quote or to prove what was agreed, then we prune. Project files: for the life of the relationship and a sensible period after, so we can support the site.

Your requests

Ask us what we hold on you, or ask us to delete an enquiry. Write to the02xsolutions@gmail.com. We will not delete invoices we are required to keep.
