The agreement

These terms sit under a written quote we send on WhatsApp or email. The quote wins if there is a clash. Work starts when you accept the quote and pay the first invoice.

What we deliver

The quote lists pages, features, and a timeline. Anything not listed is a new quote. We do not owe ‘unlimited revisions’. Two rounds are typical unless the quote says otherwise.

Your side

You send copy, photos, logins, and decisions when we ask. If a job stalls on your side for more than 21 days, we may pause and re-quote the remaining work.

You confirm you have the right to the logos, product photos, and text you send us.

Money

Projects: half to start, half before launch, in PKR, by bank transfer. Retainers: monthly in advance. Hosting and third-party bills (Shopify, Meta spend, domains) are yours unless the quote says we are reselling them.

Ownership

On full payment, you own the custom design and the code we produced for you. Third-party tools remain under their licences. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us, in writing, not to.

Warranty

After launch we fix defects we caused, for 14 days, on business days. New browsers, new Meta rules, and hosting we do not control are not defects we caused.

Limitation

We are not liable for lost profits, lost ads, or lost rankings. Our liability on a job is capped at the fees you paid us for that job in the previous three months.

Law

The laws of Pakistan apply. Courts of Faisalabad have jurisdiction, unless we both agree otherwise in the quote.
