The brief
Laiba Imran is a clinical dietitian in Faisalabad who offers online consultations across Pakistan. Our dietitian website design brings her practice into one place: who she is, the concerns she supports, how a consultation works and how to contact her. We built the site in Urdu and English, with layouts for phones and a direct WhatsApp enquiry route.
Someone considering a nutrition consultation needs to understand the practitioner’s background, the advice available and the next step. Laiba’s website also needed to explain online consultations for people across Pakistan, while making her Faisalabad base clear. Fees, usual hours and contact details had to be easy to find. Urdu and English needed to work together throughout the consultation journey, including on a small screen.
What we delivered
- Designed and developed a Next.js website with a services homepage, About page, Contact page, collaborations page and privacy information.
- Organised the consultation information around common nutrition concerns, familiar meals and questions people ask before booking.
- Used dedicated Urdu typography and right-to-left text settings alongside English explanations.
- Built a contact form that prepares a WhatsApp message, plus direct WhatsApp, phone and email links.
- Added page titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, an XML sitemap and structured data describing the practice and practitioner.
Urdu and English in the same consultation journey
The consultation content pairs Urdu with English explanations. Visitors can read about services, appointment details and common questions in either language without changing to a separate version of the site. Urdu passages have their own language and right-to-left direction settings, so English labels and numbers can sit alongside them without forcing everything into one reading direction.
We used dedicated Urdu and English fonts and adjusted spacing for both scripts. This matters in a practitioner website: a service name, fee or booking instruction must stay readable when the visitor moves from a desktop to a phone.

A design built around everyday meals
The homepage uses Pakistani food imagery and the plain instruction ‘eat well.’ Roti, daal and familiar meals connect the design to the advice described on the site. Service information and the practitioner introduction explain what a visitor can discuss with Laiba, while the About page gives her background and approach more room.
Responsive layouts adapt the navigation, photographs and text to the screen. A persistent WhatsApp contact link gives phone visitors a way to enquire as they browse. Light and dark themes are available, and the page structure keeps headings and contact actions consistent.
From consultation details to a WhatsApp message
The Contact page states the starting consultation fee and usual evening hours. It asks for a name, city and nutrition concern, with space for an optional note. Those details prepare a message that the visitor can review in WhatsApp before sending it to Laiba.
The website does not save the form submission, take payment or confirm an appointment automatically. Availability and the final consultation arrangements are discussed with Laiba. The privacy page explains what happens to the information entered in the form, and direct contact links offer another route for visitors who prefer to call or write.

Search metadata for the practice and its pages
We built the site with Next.js and React. Practitioner and consultation information is included in the HTML sent by the server, while interactive components handle features such as service selection and the message form. Public pages have their own titles, descriptions and canonical addresses; the XML sitemap lists the routes available to search engines.
Structured data describes Laiba and her nutrition practice, including the Faisalabad base and online service area. Descriptive image text and a clear heading structure support the same information in the visible pages. These are implemented SEO foundations. Traffic, search rankings and consultation enquiries have not been measured for this case study.
Explaining the NutriHygiene collaboration
Laiba is NutriHygiene’s initial nutritionist collaborator. The collaborations page explains that relationship and credits 02X Solutions for the website. It also makes the appointment route clear: consultations arranged through this site are with Laiba directly. NutriHygiene’s Nutrition Care feature is being developed and tested.
The result
Dietitian Laiba has a live website where visitors can learn about her practice, check consultation information in Urdu or English and prepare a WhatsApp enquiry. The delivered work includes the bilingual pages, responsive design, WhatsApp message flow and search metadata described here. The screenshots in this case study show the deployed site.
Built with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS.
